What if I told you your emotional and mental confidence are within your control? What if I told you your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes create your reality and either attract (or repel) the relationships you experience. Are they good? Healthy? What do the people around you reflect back to you? What if you could change your reality by changing your focus and inner confidence? Whether I have the pleasure of meeting you in person or not, I hope you find a gift here to use along your journey! Confidence comes from within, so join me inside… Self-esteem, or self-worth, refers to how you feel about yourself or your value. It develops from experiences that shape how you view yourself. Self-confidence is how you feel about your abilities and can vary across situations. Investing in your self-worth is one of the safest, smartest investments you can make. Confidence is built as you experience success in communication, resilience, and an attitude of abundance. It builds as you think and attract positivity, as you recognize and honor personal boundaries, and as you feel greater comfort in your skin. Confidence comes with a sense of “peace” in feeling balanced and good about the decisions you’re making. From that place, success and great relationships are born. your

The health, texture, and clarity of our skin affect self-esteem, confidence, relationships, etc. Acne and skin irritations seem to have the most debilitating effects on esteem, especially affecting youth. Take my FREE Skincare quiz to see recommended products that might address your skincare wishes and restore skin to its healthiest state. We have products for improving signs of aging, sun damage & discoloration, acne, and sensitivity/irritation. You may also browse by category at www.4anewyou.myrandf.com.
Head over to Physical Confidence page to learn more about how my skin came to look brighter and healthier with less makeup as I aged.
Do these to feel good instead of turning to food, drink, or other unhealthy ways of coping with emotions!

If you follow my social media pages, you know I LOVE sharing readings from books that have moved me. I figure if something helps me, it might help someone else, and who doesn’t appreciate storytime? That said, I’m often asked for book resources so thought I’d start compiling some of my age-old favorites – I know there are many books I’ve loved that have not yet made it to the list. Hope this gives you a starting point. They don’t all fit under clean categories but I sorted them as best I could as a springboard. Enjoy as you continue to invest in yourself and in others through your development! The healthier you are, the healthier the world us all will be!
