What do the people around you reflect back to you? What if you could change your reality by changing your focus and inner confidence? Whether I have the pleasure of meeting you in person or not, I hope you find a gift here to use along your journey! Confidence comes from within, so join me inside… Self-esteem, or self-worth, refers to how you feel about yourself or your value. It develops from experiences that shape how you view yourself. If you follow my social media pages, you know I LOVE sharing readings from books that have moved me. I figure if something helps me, it might help someone else, and who doesn’t appreciate storytime? That said, I’m often asked for book resources so thought I’d start compiling some of my age-old favorites – I know there are many books I’ve loved that have not yet made it to the list. Hope this gives you a starting point. They don’t all fit under clean categories but I sorted them as best I could as a springboard. Enjoy as you continue to invest in yourself and in others through your development! The healthier you are, the healthier the world us all will be!
